Membership

​

What's included in your Membership program?

​

My membership program includes unlimited on-demand Pilates, barre, cardio strength and stretch classes, monthly fitness challenges to keep you motivated, weekly exercise calendars and one-on-one support.

Do you have different levels of membership?

 

Yes I do!

 

My Standard Membership is perfect for you if you are self-motivated to stick to a workout routine.

 

My Premium Membership is perfect for you if you thrive on having structure and support to keep you focused and motivated in your fitness routine.

Do I need to know how to do the workouts?

​

No, you don’t need to know how to do the workouts to get started. I will guide you every step of the way.  I will show modifications for beginners in all the classes.

​​

​

Do I need any equipment or props to do the workouts?

​

You will need a set of weights or soup cans / laundry detergent jugs and either a carpeted floor or a yoga/pilates mat will do.

 

We will also use loop bands or a resistance band from time to time but you don't need them - they'll be used to bring a little more heat!

Do you have classes other than Pilates? Will there be variety in the workouts?

​

Yes. In your member's online library you will find over 200 classes in barre, Pilates, cardio strength and stretch.

 

There is a lot of variety to keep you excited about your classes!

Can I do these workouts if I’m pregnant or recently had my baby?

​

If you are pregnant or past 6 weeks postpartum, I recommend my pre and post natal Pilates course which is in your online member's library.

Will I be locked into a long term membership commitment?

​

No way. My membership is billed monthly and you may cancel at any time.

​​

Is my payment secure?

​

My checkout process is 100% secure.

 

Your information is encrypted and your credit card information is safe.

 

We use Wix payment processor which is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant, the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

Can I try the workouts before committing?

​

If you'd like to try the workouts before committing I recommend joining our fitness challenge to get a good feel for both the classes and our community.

 

By going through a challenge, you'll be able to figure out the level of support that you need which will help you decide which membership tier to go with.

Do I need to be on Facebook?

​

The best way to participate in membership and our challenges is via Facebook. However, we have a number of members who are highly successful in our program without the Facebook group so if you don’t have a Facebook account or don't want to make one, that will work just fine.

​​

​

How do I access the workouts?

​

Once you purchase membership, you will have instant access to your online member's class library. You'll see the link to join our Facebook community on your membership page.

Fitness Challenges

What's included in your Fitness Challenges?

​

Join me three times or more per week on your own time for a 30 minute or less workout and become a stronger, calmer woman.

 

We’ll sweat, breathe, stretch and maybe sing along to some classics together (air mic, anyone?). 

 

In our challenge, there will be motivation, community support and rewards.

How do I know if this challenge will work for me?

​

It can be hard to stay motivated with your fitness goals.

 

My challenge is the best choice for you if you want to join a community of women who care about their health and you want the chance to win a gift card to your favorite place each week

Do I need to know how to do the workouts?

​

No, you don’t need to know how to do the workouts to get started.

 

I will guide you every step of the way.

I do not recommend this challenge if you are pregnant or 6 weeks or less postpartum. 

 

If you are past 6 weeks postpartum, send me an email and we can set you up with my pre and post natal fitness program.

Will there be any recurring fees?

No, the challenge is a one time payment. If you decide to upgrade to a monthly membership, then you will be billed monthly on a recurring basis. 

​​

Is my payment secure?

My checkout process is 100% secure.

You’re welcome to sign up for the challenge and try it.

 

If you don’t love the challenge after a fair try, email me for a full and prompt refund within 30 days of purchase.

Do I need to be on Facebook?

​

The best way to participate in this challenge is via Facebook.

 

If you don’t have a Facebook account or don't want to make one for this challenge, I will send you the challenge class library, the calendar and the class music, which you can access from any device.

How do I access the workouts?

Once you purchase the challenge, you will be emailed a link to join the Facebook community where on-demand workout classes will be posted, beginning the first day of the challenge.
